Job Overview:
TALM is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, developing predictive models, and providing insights that will help our clients make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- Develop predictive models to forecast future trends and behaviors.
- Identify and communicate insights that will help clients make data-driven decisions.
- Work with clients to define their data requirements and develop custom solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to design and develop data pipelines and tools for data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data science.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R, with experience working with data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large and complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data management and database systems.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
