Job Overview:
TALM is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects across various sectors, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, a deep understanding of project management methodologies, and experience working with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, initiate, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
- Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with TALM’s quality standards and project management methodologies.
- Develop and implement project management tools and techniques to optimize project delivery and ensure continuous improvement.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
