Project Description :

The Association Alternatives Citoyennes (ALCI) is an NGO with the mission of promoting democratic and social development based on sustainable and equitable values of participatory democracy, for a change towards more democracy, equality and equity. TALM Group supported ALCI’s programs, which included: the process of diagnosis and organizational development of ALCI and its partner associations, advocacy for the participation of civil society in the elaboration of the finance bill, implementation of a monitoring and evaluation system including the development of a database, and monitoring and evaluation of public policies. The monitoring and evaluation system provided ALCI with the necessary data and feedback to ensure that their programs and activities were aligned with their mission and that they achieved their desired outcomes. The system also provided a basis for the continuous improvement of their programs and activities.


Project Objectives :

  • Objective 1: Promote democratic and social development based on sustainable and equitable values of participatory democracy.
  • Objective 2 : Facilitate a change towards more democracy, equality and equity through ALCI’s programs.
  • Objective 3 : Support the process of diagnosis and organizational development of ALCI and its partner associations.
  • Objective 4 : Advocate for the participation of civil society in the elaboration of the finance bill.
  • Objective 5 : Implement a monitoring and evaluation system including the development of a database.
  • Objective 6 : Monitor and evaluate public policies to ensure alignment with ALCI’s mission and desired outcomes.
  • Objective 7 : Use data and feedback from the monitoring and evaluation system to continuously improve ALCI’s programs and activities.
