Job Overview:

TALM is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team of experts in delivering specialized consulting services in technical assistance, studies, media production, IT solutions, big data, and training. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our clients in Morocco and abroad.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
• Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screen and assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles through resume reviews, phone and video interviews, and in-person meetings.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• Facilitate the interview and selection process, coordinating with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and collecting feedback to make data-driven hiring decisions.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for improving recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or a similar role, with a focus on high-volume recruitment.
• Knowledge of the legal framework for recruitment in Morocco.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
